First Steps in Mindfulness

What is it?
This is a practical workshop introducing the concept of Mindfulness and mindful living. You will experience various guided meditations and learn how to bring Mindfulness into your everyday life. This is a group workshop of a maximum of 16 people.

Who is it for?
It is for anyone interested in bringing a more mindful approach to their life. No prior experience is necessary. A desire to engage more intimately with your life is essential.
